Businesses may use the API to send and receive messages but must adhere to its intended use.

Charges and Billing:

Access to the WhatsApp Cloud API is free of charge.

However, businesses are responsible for any charges incurred when sending messages through the API.

Compliance:

Businesses must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and WhatsApp policies.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of API access.

Meta’s Role:

Meta operates the Cloud API and manages encryption/decryption keys on behalf of businesses.

WhatsApp does not have access to keys or message content.

Acceptance:
